Entry Level Logistics Specialist – Niles, IL
$21-$24/Hour (Plus unlimited overtime, full health benefits, 401k match, 3 weeks PTO)

We are currently looking for (2) Entry Level Logistics Specialists to add to our Niles, IL team to assist with day-to-day office operations. Ideal candidates will be detail oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and most importantly will have an eagerness to learn the industry from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Verify shipping documents and send invoices to customers
- Work in the tracking system and input entity updates such as name, billing, and address changes
- Perform general administrative work including drafting email correspondence to customers, sorting, batching, or grouping documents, and pulling electronic files on behalf of management when needed
- Utilize Excel to generate weekly reports for management
- Engage in effective communication with all departments to troubleshoot discrepancies
- Perform other related duties as assigned, to ensure workload coverage
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Office experience or internship experience is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Eagerness to learn and commitment to professional development
- Ability to work in a faced-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
